BNP Paribas Fortis has started a digital revolution. The bank wants to enhance its (digital) services, build new business models, make its processes more flexible and adapt its work culture and methods so as to be able to respond to changes more quickly and more efficiently.

To shape this revolution, the bank needs the right talent: young leadership talent with a digital passion and most of all a certain mindset. Through their dedication, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit, this talent will be capable of steering the rest of the organisation. In addition, BNP Paribas Fortis wishes to keep its own organisation “lean” (no longer do everything by themselves) and to work in cooperation with companies that have a very clear focus and can herein deliver top quality.

BNP Paribas Fortis has asked ORMIT to find these people and develop them further through a tailor-made traineeship. This is the result of the good cooperation that, for many years, there has been between ORMIT and the bank.

Digital Leaders Programme

ORMIT has created the Digital Leaders Programme for BNP Paribas Fortis: a development programme during which the trainees will work on challenging digital assignments at BNP Paribas Fortis. In addtion they will receive from ORMIT an intensive training programme with on-the-job-coaching, career guidance, an extensive training programme and co-learning sessions. The goal is that, at the end of the programme, the trainees meet the outflow profile and can grow into a management position within BNP Paribas Fortis. For this programme, ORMIT will select and develop thirty young digital talents (with zero to five-year experience).
