As Selection Specialist, these will be your main activities:

  • You are familiar with the qualities that we are looking for in ORMIT candidates throughout the whole selection process
  • You conduct in-depth selection interviews
  • You participate in assessment days
  • You ensure a qualitative follow-up of the candidates 
  • You help define the selection profile for new Incompany Programs and set up the appropriate selection process

ORMIT specialises in developing future leaders through traineeships. We attract young talents, develop them into young leaders and connect them with partnering organisations in order to strengthen both in the long run. 

More specifically, we challenge our future leaders through unique development programs. Learning is done on-the-job through challenging missions at one or more companies.   • Aware of ORMIT qualities Representing the vision, concept and image of ORMIT, you are familiar the qualities that we are looking for in ORMIT candidates throughout the whole selection process
  • Selection interviews You conduct in-depth selection interviews for the different traineeships and talent programs
  • Assesment days You participate in assessment days as assessor and lead assessor (observing roleplays, conducting personality interviews, etc.)
  • Qualitative follow-up of candidates You ensure a qualitative follow-up of the candidates by providing them with feedback and writing assessment reports that will serve as starting point for their development process with ORMIT
  • Selection profile & process You define the selection profile for new Incompany Programs in collaboration with the client and you set up the appropriate selection process
  • Selection activity You contribute to the continuous improvement of our selection activity’s by sharing your expertise and following up on new evolutions and possibilities

What we need from you!

  • You hold a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or equivalent through work experience
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • You already have some years’ experience in various (in depth) selection techniques (interviewing, testing, applying assessment methods and competence models...), PAPI certificate is a plus
  • You show empathy and demonstrate listening skills. You are passionate about people
  • You enjoy working in a team and continuously want to strive for professional excellence
  • You are positive, well organised and you are not afraid of speaking in public
