We want organisations to be successful. Today and in the future. And we believe that talent determines the success of a company. Rough diamonds with their minds set on learning, growing and leading. Who want to change the future and develop their skills while at it.
At ORMIT we transform these rough diamonds in future leaders. We attract young talents, develop them into young leaders and connect them with partnering organisations in order to strengthen both in the long run.
We don’t just offer our talents a traineeship. We offer them a journey. Exciting and adventurous. Where they boost their talents at inspiring companies. Guided by sherpas (just like you?). River deep, mountain high, you get the analogies…
As a Talent Development Professional, you are responsible for the development of these future leaders in a role that combines coaching, training and project management. And as a member of our team, you get to go on a journey of your own.
This will be your job
As a Talent Development Professional you combine 3 different roles: Talent Development Manager, Trainer and Traineeship Manager.
In your role as Talent Development Manager you coach and manage a team of trainees:
You stimulate professional and personal development through regular 1-to-1 coaching sessions.
You provide career coaching to help a trainee to make informed decisions about his/her career after ORMIT.
In your role as Trainer you are responsible for the design and execution of trainings:

You manage the program execution: designing processes, organising the development activities, stakeholder management, quality control, retention, reporting to management,…
As a staff member of ORMIT, we also expect:
Active involvement in the Recruitment and Selection of the trainees.
Participation in general ORMIT (evening) activities.
